Examples of remedial projects undertaken

Complete removal of debonded EWI system to soffit work – failure due to lack of mechanical fixing - replacement system.

Hammer test and removal of dangerous / debonded mosaic and tiled façade cladding – temporary sealing of exposed perimeter of sound cladding.

Extensive patch repairs to high rise residential block in conjuction with pigeon netting replacement works, cleaning and re-coating of entire EWI façade to provide continued integrity of system.

Repairs to poorly applied EWI System and extensive overcoating / re-coating works to improve visual appearance.

Survey and report on failed traditional render systems to prestigious dwelling – proposals and approval for over coating with proprietary specification. Installation of new structural movement joints, masonry stitching and base render repairs.

Report and survey removal of EWI systems to residential development works carried out under NHBC Warranty Scheme.

Emergency removal of failed rainscreen cladding panels from medium rise residential block, temporary stabilisation of cladding. Trials for remedial stabilisation. Eventual scheme and contract to remove existing cladding and replace with lightweight system.
